Our Facilities
Since 1971, Commercial Finishing Corporation has provided services to companies that either do not have coating facilities of their own or have facilities which can not meet their coating needs.
We offer two state of the art facilities:
26th st. facility- 13,000 square feet of floor space
- One 2,500 lb. fork truck
- Cleaning and metal treatment facilities for iron phosphate
- Spraying facilities including conventional liquid spray and powder coating equipment
- Four spray booths
- Baking facilities including three batch ovens
- One 20’ long batch oven
- Packaging and drop shipping
Brookside Ave facility
- Floor Space: 20,000 square feet – 18’ high
- Additional space for storage and inventory
- Five space loading docks
- Two 2,500 lb fork trucks
- Complete turn-key finishing system – conveyorized o Five stage spray washer – iron phosphate
- Space is fully sprinkled
- Certificate of insurance upon request
o Dry-off oven
o Three dry filter spray booth
o Two binks mini-mizer electrostatic bell systems
o Cure oven 450 degrees F…30 minute maximum
o Finishing area is supplied with filtered air
